Miyuki~ In my Chinese site, I have 307 recipes so far, but only 12 recipes were translated to English and posted here. If you have particuliar recipe that you're looking for, please leave the name or pictures here, and if I have the recipe, will definitely post it. About the useful English website, what kind of information are you looking for? recipes of Chinese dishes? Maybe I can find some for your. ^^

I haven't actually started working on tiramisu yet.... I want to study more recipes first, then I can be more confident in doing it. Thanks for posting. It reminds me that I still have tiramisu on my to-do-list. :P

Where? I would say but I am afraid I would be sticking my Giraffe Neck out too far and my Giraffe Toes will be would be used in next weeks special. As for apple crumble, I haven't tried it yet. But you may find a bunch of recipes on Internet.
