Quick question...
When do I glaze the cake? Do I do that right after it came out of the oven? Or do I wait till it's completely cool? Do you have any suggestion on how to glaze the cake? Last time I heated up some apicot preserves but it was too thick...

不管做哪一種蛋糕,都要在蛋糕體完全冷卻之後才能裝飾的喔~
假如果醬太濃稠,可以加點水稀釋,稍微加熱使成流動狀,然後刷在蛋糕表面,放進冰箱冰一下,完全冷卻了就會凝固了。
