Looks yummy! One question,
How do you peel/cut away the skin from the pumpkin? I have a very hard time even cutting it into pieces, let alone cutting its skin off! I resort to steaming it with the skin on, scooping out the flesh after its cooked.

去南瓜皮我也沒有什麼絕招,就是用菜刀慢慢削去的。^^
如果只取南瓜泥,你說的蒸熟挖泥就是很好的辦法了。
