Just recently found your website. It's great....and lots of wonderful information.

I am a little lost about how you can hang the char siew in the oven. Would you mind giving me more details? I would very much appreciate it.



If you cannot read Chinese, here is how it works...

Try to find some paper clips, look like this:

Then, you may bend them a little bit to keep hooks at both ends.
Now, you can hang the meat at one hook and put the other end on the top rack in your oven, as shown in Picture B.
